We will issue you with a "unique telephone number". You then divert your calls to that number, your Call Saints Receptionist will then answer in your own company name.

When a call comes through for you, your company’s name is automatically displayed onto your receptionist screen.
Your receptionist will answer in your company name giving your customer the impression that they are speaking to a member of your staff.
They will then take a message or answer basic questions, just as your own receptionist would do. You can also decide to have important calls patched straight through to you or have us call the person back on your behalf.
Your receptionist will then forward your messages to you in the format that you choose:

Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday for our basic packages. Please ask if you need call answering outside of these hours as it can be arranged.
